Every store, every employee on one record
From central warehouse to store stock, from shifts and time tracking to payroll, from store profitability to the employee app; cloud ERP for retail chains.

A retail chain’s familiar pains, lasting answers
We move what head office, stores and HR each keep separately onto one record.
Store stock isn’t visible from head office
What’s left in each store is asked over the phone; goods in transit are counted neither at head office nor in the store.
Each store holds its own stock. Transfers from the central warehouse to a store take two steps, showing goods in transit separately, and an e-waybill is generated. Store count differences are written to stock and accounting in the same transaction.
Shifts and time sheets in spreadsheets
Who works which shift sits in the store manager’s spreadsheet; overtime is worked out by hand at month-end.
Shifts are defined per store and staff are assigned to them. Time tracking separates overtime, night and public holiday hours from clock-in/out records; work beyond legal limits raises a warning, and the hours flow to payroll automatically.
Who works in which store?
Headcount, vacancies and assignments between stores live in HR’s files; head office can’t see the picture.
Positions are tied to a store. The org chart shows filled and vacant positions, full-time and part-time staff, store by store.
Leave and document requests on paper
Leave forms travel between store and head office; getting an employment letter means calling HR.
With Hadron Me, employees request leave and see their balance, and request an employment letter or payslip and download it as a PDF. Managers decide requests from their own approval inbox.
Which store makes money?
Store profitability is seen late, in reports merged in spreadsheets at month-end.
Each store is tracked as a profit centre and cost centre; sales revenue and cost of goods sold are written to the store. If a store budget is exceeded, the expense invoice escalates to a higher approver.
From head office to store, on one record
Each step inherits the record of the one before; nothing is entered twice.

- 04

What retailers ask
The most frequent questions before a demo.
Yes. Hadron connects to the POS system you use; the connection is set up for your till brand during onboarding, so you don’t have to change your tills. Sales from the till reduce store stock and are posted to accounting.
Yes. Each store holds its own stock. Transfers from head office to a store take two steps and show goods in transit separately; while goods are on the road they are sellable neither at head office nor in the store.
Shifts are defined per store and assigned to staff. Time tracking separates regular, overtime, night and public holiday hours from clock-in/out records. It warns when annual overtime or maximum daily working hours are exceeded; the limits are set for your company.
Yes. With Hadron Me, employees request leave from their phones, see their balance and request documents. Managers approve from their own inbox.
Yes. Turkish payroll is calculated with social security contributions, cumulative income tax, stamp duty and the minimum wage exemption; time-tracking hours flow to payroll automatically and payroll is posted to accounting. Rates and ceilings are confirmed with your accountant during onboarding.
Yes. Each store is defined as a profit centre; sales revenue and cost of goods sold are written to that store. The profit centre income statement shows stores side by side, and store budgets are tracked by cost centre.
