From warehouse to customer, stock and cash on one record
From multi-warehouse stock to customer-specific pricing, from shipments to bank-statement cash matching; cloud ERP for wholesalers and distributors.

A distributor’s familiar pains, lasting answers
We move what warehouse, sales and accounting each keep separately onto one record.
How much stock is in which warehouse?
Goods moving between branches show up in two places or nowhere; count differences surface at month-end.
Each plant and storage location sees its own stock. Transfers between warehouses take one step; transfers between cities take two, showing goods in transit separately. E-waybills are generated for shipments between your own sites.
Customer prices live in spreadsheets
Which customer gets which price and discount sits in a sales rep’s file; wrong prices get typed into orders.
Price lists are defined by customer, sales organisation and quantity tier, with validity dates. The customer discount is added to the order automatically.
Stock-outs are noticed too late
When to reorder is left to the warehouse keeper; shelves run empty or too much gets bought.
Requirements planning proposes purchase requisitions from open orders, stock and safety stock. Purchase orders go through approval; supplier invoices are matched to the order and goods receipt, and an invoice outside the quantity or price tolerance is blocked.
Returns slip off the books
Returned goods go back into the warehouse but the customer account isn’t corrected, or the other way round.
Return order, return goods receipt and credit memo run in one chain; stock and customer balance are corrected together.
Collections tracked by hand
Bank transactions are matched to invoices one by one; who is late by how much becomes clear only at month-end.
Bank statements (MT940 or CAMT.053) are imported; lines whose amount matches exactly one open item are cleared automatically. Aging and customer statements are always up to date.
From purchasing to collection, on one record
Each step inherits the record of the one before; nothing is entered twice.
- 01
Purchasing
Requirements planning proposes requisitions; the order goes through approval.
- 02
Goods receipt
Goods enter a storage location; stock and accounting update at once.
- 03
Warehouse and transfer
Transfers between branches; goods in transit shown separately, e-waybill generated.
- 04
Order and shipment
Customer price and discount come to the order; the shipment reduces stock.
- 05
Invoice and collection
An e-invoice is generated; the bank statement is matched to open items.
What’s next for distribution
These capabilities are not in the product today; they are planned. Our customers’ needs set the order and timing — let’s talk in a demo.
Stock check at order entry
Showing available stock and an achievable delivery date while the order is entered; today the check happens at goods issue.
Cases and pieces together
Conversion between cases, packs and pieces; buy by the case, sell by the piece, hold stock in both.
Shipment notification
An email to the customer when an order ships, with a one-time link that opens the portal.
The modules that come together for distribution
All run on the same record; when one updates, the others know instantly.

What distributors ask
The most frequent questions before a demo.
Each plant and storage location sees its own stock. Transfers between branches take two steps and show goods in transit separately: they have left the sending warehouse but are not yet sellable at the receiving one. E-waybills are generated for shipments between your own sites.
Yes. Prices are defined for a customer, a sales organisation or in general; the most specific one applies. Quantity tiers and validity dates are supported, and the customer discount is added to the order automatically.
Yes. On the Hadron Partner portal your customers sign in without a password, with a code sent to their email, and see their orders, shipments and invoices. Sharing the open balance is off by default; you switch it on.
Yes. MT940 or CAMT.053 statements are imported. Lines whose amount matches exactly one open item are cleared automatically; lines that match several items or none are set aside for manual matching.
Today stock is checked at goods issue; quantity that isn’t in the warehouse cannot be shipped. Showing available stock and the delivery date at order entry is not available yet; it is on our roadmap.
Yes. For batch-managed materials, shipping picks the batch with the nearest expiry first; expired or blocked batches cannot be shipped. Which batch went to which customer is recorded.
