What it does

From onboarding to payroll, complete

The tools your HR team uses every day, on one screen.

IK-02

Employee list: position, department and status

Organisation and headcount

Department hierarchy, positions, filled and vacant headcount; positions linked to a plant or store and a cost centre.

Leave

Leave types, balances, hourly leave and carry-over caps; public holiday calendar.

Shifts and time tracking

Shift definitions and assignment; overtime, night, weekend and public holiday hours from clock-in/out, with legal limit warnings.

Certificates and OHS

Mandatory certificates per position, expiry dates and an OHS compliance report.

Onboarding and offboarding

Step-by-step checklists; contractor workers tracked separately.

IK-03

Payroll parameters: rates and ceilings with effective dates

Turkish payroll

Social security, cumulative income tax, stamp duty and the minimum wage exemption; time-tracking hours flow to payroll and payroll posts to accounting in one transaction.

How it works

Five steps from onboarding to payroll

Each step uses the record of the one before; nothing is entered twice.

1

Onboarding

The employee is linked to a position, department and shift.

  • Step-by-step onboarding checklist
  • Probation end date
  • Certificates required by the position

Progress of onboarding checklists

2

Leave

Employees request leave from their phone; managers approve from their own inbox.

  • Balance and carry-over rules
  • Hourly leave
  • Approval follows the manager chain

3

Time tracking

Clock-in/out records are split into hour buckets.

  • Regular, overtime, night, weekend and public holiday
  • Warnings for annual overtime and maximum daily hours
  • Hours flow to payroll automatically

4

Payroll

The payroll run calculates, is reviewed and is posted.

  • The same period can’t run twice; a run is reversed with a reversal
  • Rates and ceilings with effective dates, confirmed with your accountant during onboarding
  • Unverified parameters show a warning on every payslip

Yes. With Hadron Me, employees request leave, see their balance, and request an employment letter or payroll document and download it as a PDF. Managers decide requests from their own approval inbox.

Yes. Time tracking warns when annual overtime or maximum daily working hours are exceeded; the record isn’t blocked and HR decides. Limits are set for your company.

Contractor workers are flagged separately on the employee record and linked to the contractor firm’s supplier record; they don’t enter payroll. Contractor workforce and a per-firm cost bridge are reported.
