1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by HADRON YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Hadron”) as the data controller. Address: Egda Plaza, Güzeloba, Rauf Denktaş Cd 56/102, 07230 Muratpaşa/Antalya. Email: hello@usehadron.com.

2. Personal data we process

• Contact / demo form: full name, work email address, company name; optionally your phone number and message. The time of submission and the page address are also recorded.
• Email correspondence: the content of your email and your contact details when you write to hello@usehadron.com.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser information and request time kept by the hosting infrastructure for security and operation when you visit the site.
• Analytics data (only if you allow it): Google Analytics cookie ID, pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location. Google Analytics does not log your IP address.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your demo or contact request, presenting the product and running the quotation process
• Answering your questions and communicating with you
• Keeping the site secure and running without interruption
• Only if you allow it: measuring visit statistics to improve the site

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the form, email, cookies and server logs, and is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Form and email data: being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 5/2-f)
• Technical logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 5/2-f)
• Analytics data: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — when you answer “yes” in the cookie window. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie preferences.

5. Transfers

Your personal data is shared only for the purposes above and only with the following companies that provide these services on our behalf:

As the servers of these providers are located outside Türkiye, your personal data is transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not sold and is not shared for advertising. It may be shared with legally authorised public authorities upon request, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

6. Retention

• Form and email data: 2 years after your request is concluded; if a contract is concluded, for the period required by the applicable legislation
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics
• Technical logs: the short period the hosting infrastructure needs for security and operation

When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. How to apply

You can send your request in writing to Egda Plaza, Güzeloba, Rauf Denktaş Cd 56/102, 07230 Muratpaşa/Antalya, or to hello@usehadron.com from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
